We accept Paypal, Credit Card via Stripe and Afterpay as payment methods.
Refunds are accepted for faulty or damaged goods only. Please see below for further clarification on each product category:
- FREE shipping for all orders over $150
- Flat rate of $12.95 for all candle and mug orders, $10.95 for shirts and $2 for labels
- Express Post options are currently unavailable during this Greater Sydney lockdown
- Once items leave here, we unfortunately have no control over them. We can track the parcels but cannot guarantee delivery times
- Processing times for all orders are 3-5 business days generally during lockdown. You will receive tracking info once your order is ready to be posted. Please keep an eye out for this and use that tracking before emailing asking us ti track it.
- Any items damaged through transit can be claimed through Australia Post or the courier depending on which your order was sent. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of your order being delivered in order to lodge a claim. You will need to keep the box, packaging etc as is and the damaged product. Everything sent is insured for up to $100 value. If unsure please email email@example.com and I’ll help you lodge the claim.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed once order placed and paid for. Please make sure you are mindful of the space allowed for your custom text. If you are unsure please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will gladly help you out before purchasing.
- Please be mindful of the size of the decal you are ordering and the size of the object you are placing the decal onto. Returns and refunds cannot be accepted due to decal not fitting onto your desired item
- Returns and refunds are not accepted for not placing the decal properly or for not following instructions on how to place the decal properly
- Drink bottle photographs on this site are for the 500ml and 750ml stainless steel drink bottles. Pink, Pearl and Grey are all 500ml and the Rose Gold is 750ml. Please do not purchase a decal that will not fit onto your drink bottle size.
Candles and Melts
- Refunds are not accepted due to change of mind or not liking the scent. I am happy to swap to another scent for you so long as your candle is not a custom design and that you are happy to pay return postage.

- Please double check measurements and make sure the shirt will fit.
- Refunds will only be issued for damaged items
- Refunds will not be issued because an item does not fit
- I am happy to exchange shirts to another size if they don’t fit, but please note that buyer must return the incorrect sized shirts first and also pay return postage. New correct size shirts will only be posted once incorrect sizes are received and return postage received. Shirts must be returned in brand new, re-sellable condition. Any marks or stains etc will void the return.
