Never Received Order!

So many great reviews on the website so had high hopes to order as a present. No correspondence a month after ordering including following up twice (nothing in spam, first follow up was 2 weeks after ordering), refund issued via PayPal once I lodged a dispute and no response from seller. Incredibly disappointing!

Both candles I received smell amazing and were packaged with care. I love these candles and will always look to get these for gifts after being gifted them myself.
